Kyle was born and raised in King William, VA. Studied Business and Marketing at Longwood University. Has been in the Real Estate industry since 2005, with a passion for real estate, marketing, and investing experience. After working as the Marketing Director for The Dave Worrie Team for a few years, decided to go into the selling side for the team. Specializing in the area of buying and selling investment properties, residential homes, and land. Kyle is known as a strong buyer’s agent and tough negotiator for his clients. He also studies the market data in depth so he can “accurately” recommend selling price ranges. His clients benefit the most as his listings generally sell within a few weeks. In his spare time, enjoys baseball and going to the river!

Christina is a real estate industry professional with over a decade of real estate experience. She is the liaison between you and the various closing parties like mortgage lender, attorney, title company, etc. Christina perfectly coordinates your closing from point A to Z. She is a dedicated member of our team, working behind the scenes for you. Christina enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Anne is a Richmond native with over twenty years of experience in the real estate industry. Her marketing skills, as well as her financial background, provide her with the tools to showcase your home, and to attract potential buyers in the most expeditious manner. Anne puts the ball in motion once the listing agreement is signed. She is responsible for marketing your home through 125 different websites. At her leisure, she enjoys reading, as well as artistic pursuits in writing and sketching.
