Prior to Real Estate, Dave worked as an accountant for a Fortune 50 company. He is a Real Estate Investor and has earned a C.S.A. (Certified Site Agent) designation. He has been licensed to sell real estate full time since 1989 and has a wealth of real estate, finance, and investing experience that he enjoys sharing with his clients. Rick has earned his ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) designations. HE has been licensed as a Realtor in the metro Richmond area since 2003. He has enjoyed serving clients primarily in the areas of Chesterfield, Henrico, Hanover and Powhatan Counties and the City of Richmond, as well as Petersburg and Colonial Heights. Tamara grew up in the Richmond area, graduating from Lloyd C. Bird high school in Chester, VA. After attending Virginia Commonwealth University, she spent several years working as a Sales Manager for one of the top Distilled Spirits brokers in the U.S. She decided in 2007 to enter into a career in Real Estate.
